In other words, New Smyrna Beach is full of small charm appeal, but don’t let it fool you. As you begin to spend in New Smyrna Beach, you will EVENTually see that it is loaded with tons of attractions and terrific events!

Let’s just talk about now through the end of the year…

Every month, no matter what time of year, there is a Classic Car Show with great food and entertainment; a Chili Cook-off and Beer Walk; and live performances by talented local artists. Check out art demonstrations and a unique variety of fine arts and crafts during the Flagler Avenue Art Walk on October 22^nd, or choose from over 100 showcased wines during a Progressive Wine Tasting event. There is also a Sand Art Festival October 22^nd, where participants compete for prizes for their amazing sandy creations. There are New Smyrna-Ween 5k, 10k and Little Devil Beach Runs October 29^th and great family fun at the Halloween Parade and Costume Contest on October 31^st.

Halifax Sport Fishing Club sponsors inshore and surf fishing tournaments in October and November, and the New Smyrna Beach Kite Festival is a spectacular beach event held November 19^th and 20^th. The Little Theatre of NSB presents October performances of “Arsenic and Old Lace” and the “Mary Poppins” musical in December.

Also in December, Flagler Avenue is all aglow with a beautiful Christmas light display. New Smyrna Beach holds a Christmas Parade on the 3^rd and a Rock and Roll Festival December 15-18. Then, we all ring in the New Year with a bang because New Smyrna Beach wouldn’t be without fireworks!
